I am a black conservative just tired of the constant lies of the left and leftist media. I supported the democrats’ view of the world because everyone around me did. I never felt pressured into supporting those views but I didn’t know better. Then one day I came face to face with the ramifications of my views at work.
At the time, I was working in pharmacy retail so I interacted with many customers daily. Most people were responsible citizens. They worked hard and paid their due diligence. However, the customers who irked me the most were almost always entitled. They felt entitled to government assistance whether they genuinely needed it or not.
I’m all for helping people in need but not when it clearly incentivizes laziness. The government is required to protect its citizens but often times this power is stretched in the wrong direction. What’s worse is that the state where I live requires pharmacies to dispense medication even if the customer cannot pay. It made me wonder where that money was coming from.
The disdain I felt forced me to consider what I believe the government should be and what it is not.
While I wouldn’t call myself an expert in politics, I’m passionate about promoting individual achievement, free speech, free market and all the tenets of US ideals.
From time to time, I will try my hand at writing movie, books, and documentary reviews. I will also feature responses to written articles and videos.
